NAOE Chef Kevin Cory is the mastermind behind Naoe Miami, which could arguably be described as one of Miami's not-so-secret best-kept secrets. In just under a year, the restaurant was voted Best Overall Restaurant at OpenTable Diners' Choice and given rave reviews by multiple foodies online and in print. With only 17 seats, reservations are required if you wish to savor such authentic delicacies as Scottish salmon belly nigiri, bigfin reef squid with orange soy sauce, or whatever it is Chef chooses to offer the evening you go. It's not just a meal; it's an adventure.
